Monari federzoni balsamic vinegar is certified by a control body authorized by ministero delle politiche Agricole alimentari e forestali (ministry of food and forestry agricultural policies) and meets California proposition 65 safety standards. As it is made from wine vinegar and concentrated grape must, it contains sulfites.
